These terms apply when you use this website or deal with AJ Timepieces, a private watch dealer based in London, United Kingdom.

Listings and prices

All prices are in pounds sterling. Listings are offered subject to availability and may be withdrawn or sold elsewhere at any time. A sale is only agreed once we confirm it with you directly and payment has cleared.

Authenticity

Every piece is inspected and authenticated before sale. Condition, set details and year are described in good faith.

Valuations

Valuations are given by hand and are not a binding offer until confirmed in writing after we inspect the watch in person.

Deal of the Month bids

Bids are an expression of interest, not a binding contract of sale. The highest bidder at close is offered first refusal at their bid price.

Selling, consignment and part-exchange

Offers are subject to inspection, proof of ownership and identity checks. We may decline any transaction.

Delivery and returns

Pieces are delivered insured, or collected by appointment. Your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations apply to distance sales where relevant.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this website.
